简历介绍

王东，江西省“千人计划”青年领军人才，获中国有色金属学会科学技术一等奖（排名第三）、全国湿法冶金工程技术会议“杰出青年”等奖项。主持国家自然科学基金2 项、国家重点研发计划课题1项、企业技术研发横向课题4 项；发表SCI论文30 余篇，申请国家发明专利20余项，授权8项。主要从事两性金属资源有价元素提取及资源化利用理论与技术研究，将化工学科“三传一反”理论应用于二次资源有价元素的提取与分离过程。围绕“相似组分差异性放大”核心科学问题，通过结构调控增加物质间的分离系数，解决热力学限制瓶颈；通过介质设计，增加难分离物质的识别度；通过外场强化及装备创新，加快物质间的传质与分离，实现有价元素的提取与纯化。开发了超细粉体离心浮选、废硅粉控氧熔炼、钕铁硼废料低温氧化焙烧等技术，相关成果在多家企业得到转化，新增利润超过2000万元。
