简历介绍:

马淑花,女,19701月生,工学博士,研究员,硕士生导师。2007年毕业于中国科学院过程工程研究所,获博士学位,之后在清华大学做博士后,2009 年出站后在过程工程研究所工作至今。2018年获得内蒙古“草原英才”荣誉称号。

主要从事以粉煤灰、煤矸石为代表的大宗煤基二次资源规模化和高值化循环利用清洁工艺与绿色过程研究,包括粉煤灰基退化土壤改良新材料科学与工程、煤矸石智能分选与分质利用、高铝粉煤灰制备莫来石基新材料等研究方向,建立了较为完整的基础研究-工程技术与应用-产品标准的研究体系。研究工作得到国家“863”计划、国家科技支撑、环保部环保重大科技专项、中国工程院产业发展战略咨询、内蒙古科技厅重大科技专项、宁夏科技厅重点研发项目和工信厅揭榜攻关项目、北京市自然科学基金以及企业横向项目等20余项支持。截止2021年底,发表高水平学术论文79篇,申请国家发明专利59项,合著专著2本,建成多项示范工程。牵头制定两项粉煤灰基退化土壤改良材料团体标准。培养博士、硕士研究生43名,合作指导博士后3名。

兼任中国硅酸盐学会固废分会粉煤灰煤矸石专业委员会委员、中国硅酸盐学会固废分会地聚物专业委员会委员、中国化工企业管理协会土壤健康分会副会长、中国尾矿网学术委员会专家、中国循环经济协会粉煤灰专业委员会专家等职务。
