简历介绍

刘俊昊,男,博士,中科院过程工程研究所副研究员,2007-2016年于北京科技大学冶金工程专业获得学士及博士学位。主要从事新型储能材料研发、太阳能级多晶硅精炼等方向研究。1)通过对硅碳纳米复合材料的结构调控,缓解硅在嵌脱锂过程中的体积变化效应,实现了大容量、高性能锂电负极材料的制备;2)通过多场耦合多晶硅熔渣精炼,强化了硅中硼去除的热力学与动力学条件,实现了高纯净太阳能级多晶硅的制备;3)通过对氧化物熔渣结构的研究设计,并对其物理化学性质进行探究,实现了施加电场条件下钢液脱氧与合金化的同步完成目标。主持2项国家自然科学基金,1项中科学过程所绿色室青年基金,作为主要完成人参与多项国家自然科学基金和国家重点研发计划,参与多项企业委托项目。发表SCI论文30余篇,授权专利多项。
