穆廷桢,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2017年1月获中国科学院大学生物化工专业工学博士学位;2017.01-2017.07月在中国科学院过程工程研究所工作;2017.07-2020.09月在中国科学院过程工程研究所工作,任助理研究员;2019.10-2020.10月在美国密歇根大学化工系交流访问;2020.09-至今在中国科学院过程工程研究所工作,任副研究员。本人长期致力于环境微生物的基础和应用研究,并开发碳、氮、硫等多类工业污染物的高效去除和资源化的相关技术。迄今,在国内外重要期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,申请或授权发明专利20余项,主持国家自然科学基金1项,中科院重点部署项目子课题1项,参与多项国家和省部级重要研究项目;主持企业横向项目2项。建立嗜盐嗜碱硫氧化物微生物遗传操作平台,解析了硫氧化关键代谢途径,基于定向筛选和改造的脱硫菌,成功开发出新一代生物脱硫技术,建立Sul-20T嗜盐嗜碱生物脱硫工艺,并实现该工艺的工业化应用。
