简历介绍

李强,男,19829月生,副研究员。主要从事化工冶金等行业清洁生产、园区产业系统集成、固废资源化技术集成和政策设计等研究工作,研发高铝粉煤灰提铝综合利用产业链风险控制综合管控平台、固废利用过程毒害组分迁移转化模型计算工具等成果。近年来,承担和参与国家和地方科技项目、基金等10余项,担任“典型工业固废资源化快速测评技术及模块化平台开发”等国家重点研发计划课题负责人,主持编制北京市“十三五”循环经济规划和多项固废管理相关国家标准。在Energy PolicyJournal of Cleaner ProductionResources, Conservation and Recycling等国内外学术期刊上发表论文10余篇,申请获得国家发明专利1项、软件著作权10余项。
